Testing the water tightness of the laminate Based on DIN EN 1610 at 0.5 bar negative pressure, test time 30 min according to section 7.2.9 of DWA-A 143-3

Check of the curing of the laminate (for UP resins): Determination of the residual styrene content according to DIN 53394-2 (GC) including visual assessment of the laminate and determination of the wall thickness

Determination of the e modulus on small samples: DMA analysis (dynamic mechanical analysis) according to ISO 6721, part 4, according to annex F of DWA-A 143-3

Site sample (main drive)

> DN 200: Radial length: dependent of wall thickness (20 times), Axial length: min. 350 mm

< DN 200: as round pipe section

Site-Sample (lateral drive)

Cored hole 3-5 cm (for DDK and DMA test)
